About Us The Orange County Business Referral Group was founded in 1999 by Russ Alexander, a successful real estate Broker with offices in Newport Beach and Las Vegas. Russ was familiar with... or had been a member of other lead referral groups such as LeTip and Take the Lead. While excellent in their own right, Russ wanted a group that focused more on long term relationships with less structure imposed on the group as a whole. Out of this, Business Referral Group was founded - an association of mutually supportive south Orange County professionals focused as much upon the success of their BRG associates as their own. The Business Referral Group of Orange County meets every other Wednesday from 7:15AM to 8:30AM, at the beautiful offices of First American Title Company... located in the North Garden Room at 2 American Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Refreshments and Continental Breakfast are included at no additional charge. Our meetings are casual and have no business leads requirements imposed on members. In fact, our philosophy is that one solid, quality lead a month is better than 3 - 6 "forced" leads - of questionable value. While we encourage members to bring guests and potential new members - again, there are no contests or "quantity demands" to make members feel imposed upon. Ours is a relatively close knit "family" interested only in business persons whose professionalism and affability fit well with the demeanor and ambiance of the group as a whole.
